أعلنت شركة الإسماعيلية للاستثمار العقاري عن افتتاح مبنى “قنصلية”، أحدث مشاريع الشركة في منطقة وسط القاهرة، وذلك خلال مؤتمر صحفي عُقد في المبنى الأيقوني بوسط القاهرة بحضور الأستاذ كريم شافعي – الشريك المؤسس ورئيس مجلس الإدارة والعضو المنتدب لشركة الإسماعيلية للاستثمار العقاري، و المهندسة حنان عبد المجيد – الشريك المؤسس لشركة “قنصلية”. يعد “قنصلية” مشروع مشترك بين شركة الإسماعيلية للاستثمار العقاري و رائدة الأعمال حنان عبد المجيد.
ويُعتبر مشروع “قنصلية” مساحة عمل مشتركة متميزة ومتكاملة الخدمات تقع في مبنى القنصلية الفرنسية القديم في منطقة وسط القاهرة، والذي يهدف إلى خلق بيئة عمل جذّابة ومتعددة الاستخدامات وبأسعار تنافسية، بالإضافة إلى جذب رواد الأعمال الشباب في مختلف المجالات والمتمرسين في مجال التكنولوجيا، كما يوفر بيئة اقتصادية قوية في قلب المدينة تعمل كمحفز لدفع عجلة الانتعاش الاقتصادي في المدينة.
يضع مشروع “قنصلية” معياراً جديداً لمساحات العمل المشتركة التي تعزز الإنتاجية وتلبي احتياجات العمل عن بُعد في مصر من خلال توفير مجموعة متنوعة من مساحات الأنشطة والمكاتب المخصصة والمساحات المشتركة وغرف الاجتماعات متعددة الأغراض. وبالإضافة إلى المكاتب المُجهزة بالكامل لبدء العمل، يتضمن المشروع حوالي ثماني غرف اجتماعات مختلفة المساحة والتجهيزات، وغرفتين للفعاليات متعددة الأغراض والتي تُعد مثالية للشركات والمعارض الترفيهية، ومساحة للأنشطة الخارجية، وأماكن استراحة بين ساعات العمل متوفرة في كل طابق مع ركن خاص للقهوة والمشروبات سريعة التحضير تتيح للموظفين الاختلاط والتواصل فيما بينهم. هذ ويُقدم مشروع “قنصلية” أيضاً مجموعة من باقات اشتراك العضوية التي تُوفر مجموعة متنوعة من الفرص المناسبة للأفراد والمؤسسات، بالإضافة إلى خدمة إنترنت عالي السرعة، وخدمات الصيانة والتنظيف والاستقبال.
مع الوضع فالاعتبار مهمة تحقيق الاستدامة والكفاءة في الطاقة عند تجديد أو ترميم المبنى ,بدأ تجديد المبنى في عام 2019، بتكلفة إجمالية بلغت 69 مليون جنيه، شملت أعمال الترميم التي تضمنت دمج نظام AC VRV الجديد الذي يوفر حوالي 40٪ من استهلاك الكهرباء مقارنةً بأي نظام تقليدي آخر, وتضمنت الأعمال أيضاً استخدام الأبواب والنوافذ ذات الزجاج المزدوج لتقليل وعزل الضوضاء والحرارة، و استخدام مصابيح LED في المبنى بأكمله (من الداخل والخارج)، وتطبيق أفضل الممارسات لضمان إمكانية وصول الجميع بسهولة إلى المبنى، إلى جانب اختيار الأثاث بشكلٍ يتناسب مع موضوع التصميم والغرض العام.
بهذه المناسبة، قال كريم شافعي، الشريك المؤسس ورئيس مجلس الإدارة و والعضو المنتدب لشركة الإسماعيلية للاستثمار العقاري: “تُعرف منطقة وسط البلد بأنها المركز الحضري للقاهرة منذ القرن التاسع عشر. وفي شركة الإسماعيلية، تتمثل رؤيتنا في إحياء منطقة وسط البلد واستعادة هذه الحقبة الرائعة من التاريخ المصري من خلال دمج التراث التاريخي والثقافة الحديثة. ومنذ عام 2008، نجحنا في الاستحواذ على 25 مبنى في منطقة وسط القاهرة، وتمكنّا من إنجاز مشروع مبنى لا فينواز، والآن مشروع “قنصلية”، ونعمل حالياً على تجديد مطعم تمارا وكافيه ريش”.
وأضاف: “منذ استحواذنا على مبنى القنصلية الفرنسية في عام 2014، عملنا بكل جهد لتوفير مساحات عمل مشتركة مُصممة بشكلٍ يُلبي احتياجات الشريحة المتنامية من رواد الأعمال الشباب في مصر، ونفخر بقدرتنا على تحقيق رؤيتنا واقعاً ملموساً حيث نعيد تأسيس وسط المدينة ليكون متاحاً للجميع”.
من جانبها، علقت حنان عبد المجيد، الشريك المؤسس لشركة “قنصلية” بقولها: “نحن نعيش في عصر جديد حيث تعمل ريادة الأعمال على تطويرالطرق التقليدية لممارسة الأعمال التجارية ؛ وبالتالي ، فإن رؤيتي مع “قنصلية” هي إنشاء مكاتب للتوصيل والتشغيل مجهزة بالكامل ، ويمكن للجميع الوصول إليها وبأسعار معقولة لتتناسب مع بيئة العمل الجديدة التي أنشأها Covid 19. تهدف “قنصلية” إلى أن تكون تجربة مكتبية مثالية للشركات والأفراد المبتكرين.”
يُشار إلى أن مبنى القنصلية الفرنسية هو مبنى تاريخي يصل عمره إلى 95 عاماً صممه المهندس المعماري الفرنسي بول كونين باستور. ويتكون المبنى من أربعة طوابق، ويتميز بتصميمه الجمالي الذي يعكس الطراز النيو الباروكي والهندسة المعمارية والفنون. ومنذ إنشائه في عام 1925، استضاف مبنى قنصلية العديد من الفعاليات المؤسسية والاجتماعية والثقافية والفنية وفعاليات ريادة الأعمال. وتُعد قاعة الاحتفالات الشهيرة بالقنصلية موقعاً مُفضلاً لأكبر صناع الأفلام كما شهدت أهم جلسات التصوير لمصورين محليين ودوليين.
الجدير بالذكر أن بين أبرز أهداف شركة الإسماعيلية للاستثمار العقاري هو إحياء إرث وسط القاهرة وتطوير المباني التراثية في المنطقة التي يبلغ عمرها 150 عاماً بحيث تتعدد استخداماتها بما يلبي احتياجات المجتمع ، وبالتالي المساهمة بشكلٍ فاعل في دعم رؤية مصر 2030 وتحقيق التنمية المُستدامة الشاملة. وتتضمن خطط الشركة هذا العام الانتهاء من أعمال فندق وبدء تشغيله، إلى جانب إطلاق أكثر من 25 متجراً ومسرح ، فيما يصل إجمالي استثماراتها لعام 2021 نحو 100 مليون جنيه.

Cairo, Egypt: 22 June 2021 – Al Ismaelia for Real Estate Investment announced the renovation of the old French Consulate and the launch of its latest project Consoleya, at a press conference held at the iconic building in Downtown Cairo. Consoleya is a joint venture between Al Ismaelia for Real Estate Investment and the renowned entrepreneur Hanan Abdel Meguid. The conference was attended by Karim Shafei, Co-Founder, Chairman & CEO of Al Ismaelia, as well as Hanan Abdel Meguid, Co-Founding Partner of Consoleya.

The work done included the integration of a new AC VRV system that saves about 40% of electricity than any conventional system, the integration of double-glazed doors and windows to reduce and isolate noise and heat, the use of led lights in the whole building (both inside and outside) and fully furnishing with furniture from Portugal and Italy. Finally, and most importantly, the work included applying best practices that ensure the building met all accessibility needs for everyone.

The French Consulate is a 95-year-old landmark building designed by French architect Paul-Conin Pastour. The four-story building is distinguished by its neo-baroque aesthetic style, architecture and art. Its famed ballroom is a favorite location for filmmakers and has witnessed the photoshoots of local and international scenes.
